Class Overview

Cardio Kickboxing /Cross Train Fitness-My name is Heather Collup and I teach this class.   I love the MMA workout but do not like getting punched, kicked or taken down.  This class is MMA based with focus mitts, banana bag work, circuit training, plyometrics, TRX bands and kettle bells to increase your core body strengths and get you in the best cardio of your life!  This class can also help you in a self defense situation.  I have had 10 girls attacked after being in my class and they are all ok. This class can help you in so many ways.   This class is never the same and you will NEVER plateau or get bored in my class.  Make sure you look at the before and after board at the gym. $99 per month
