Oscar Ramirez has been a student at the Reno Academy of Combat for 13 years. During this time, he won the Ultimate Reno Combat flyweight title and successfully defended it. After turning pro, Oscar has had 18 fights and was a contracted Bellator fighter. He has since retired and now works full-time as a trainer at the Reno Academy of Combat.

Payton Talbott has been training at the Reno Academy of Combat for several years. Payton has won several belts/titles and is undefeated. Payton is now one of our trainers here at the gym.

Sinjen Smith went undefeated in his amateur career 6-0 and is still undefeated in his Pro career with two straight wins and a 3 fight contract with Bellator. Fighting his first fight for Bellator and coming out victorious with a win over another undefeated fighter. Sinjen is now 4-0 in his professional career with a huge future.

Currently 2-0 as an MMA fighter in the Teenage division. Darien has been training MMA for 6 years. Darien is super talented and works here at the Reno Academy of Combat full-time. She’s our beautiful daughter so the future is huge!

Paige Vanzant started training here and had her first several MMA fights going undefeated with our gym, then made her debut in the UFC and finished with a win! She has since moved and is still training. We wish her the best.
